Founded by Elena Trukhina, a seasoned CEO and growth strategist with over 20 years of international experience across EMEA and North America. Her expertise spans operations, marketing, sales, and general management — across both operating companies and private equity-backed ventures.

  

Elena has led multi-market operations for global brands, driven SME acquisitions, and built lasting enterprise value through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and scalable systems. She holds an Executive MBA from IMD, the leading Swiss business school known for shaping global business leaders.
